User Agreement
By using Mochi, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
Service
Mochi is a private sweet-face emoji studio on your device. You may capture or import a selfie, apply looks, place stickers, add a caption or voice note, save looks locally, and export. There is no community, public feed, or chatting inside the app.
Device Permissions
Mochi may request Camera, Photos, Microphone, Notifications, and App Tracking for the features described in the Privacy Policy and in Apple’s permission prompts. Camera, Photos, and Microphone are requested when you tap the related button. Tracking and notifications may appear after you tap Continue. Declining a permission only disables that feature.
Accounts
Entry uses one-tap continue after you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You may log out or delete your account in Me. Deleted local looks cannot be recovered.
Content
You are responsible for selfies, captions, notes, and voice memos you add. Do not import photos you do not have the right to use.
Purchases
Sweets are consumable in-app items used for extra face stickers, HD export, and Replay tools (cross-cycle compare, style report, and batch export). Packs are shown as Sweets 1–7 with a dollar price only. Purchases are final subject to Apple’s policies. Mochi does not offer a Restore Purchases control.
